My general notary appointments cover standard documents such as travel forms, employer forms, passport documents, and other individual paperwork that does not involve real estate, property, or complex estate planning.

• Denver Metro Base Rate: $75+

• What is Included:

  • Travel up to 25 miles within the Denver metro area.

  • One (1) included notary stamp.

  • Face-to-face notarization at your preferred location.

• Additional Notary Stamps: $15 per stamp.

• Witness Fee: $30 per witness.

Estate Planning & Real Estate Documents

For more comprehensive personal and legal documents requiring advanced handling:

• Base Rate: Starting at $125.

• Documents Covered: Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorney (POA), and Real Estate Documents.

• What is Included: Travel within 25 miles of the Denver metro area and two (2) included notarial stamps.

This in-person, face-to-face service allows you to digitally sign and legally notarize electronic documents on-site.

• What is Included:

  • One (1) included electronic notary stamp.

  • In-person digital notarization at your chosen location.

• Additional Electronic Stamps: $15 per stamp.

I offer specialized closing management for mortgage and real estate transactions, available both in-person and virtually. Additional fees may apply to your closing for document redraws, excess pages, rush requests, or after-hours assignments.

Mobile (In-Person) Loan Signings

Small Packages

Up to 100 pages (one set), Denver metro travel, scan-backs up to 25 pages, and FedEx/UPS drop-off during standard business hours.

Large Packages

$200

Up to 200 pages (two sets), extended appointment time, full document scan-backs, and FedEx/UPS drop-off during standard business hours.

Remote Online (RON) Loan Signings

Small Packages

$125

Up to 2 signers, one secure video RON session, all platform and technology fees included, and instant electronic delivery.

Large Packages

$175

Multiple signers, extended session time allocations, all platform and compliance fees included, and secure electronic delivery.

The following add-on charges apply when an appointment falls outside of a standard local session or requires specific administrative adjustments. All potential add-ons are completely disclosed and mutually approved prior to booking confirmation.

General Operational Add-Ons

• Additional Notary Stamps: $15 per stamp.

• Extended Travel (Outside Denver Metro Area): Starting at $25+ (Final rate is calculated based on total mileage).

• After-Hours / Holiday Appointments: $25–$50 (Applies to federal holidays or any appointment booked between 7:00 PM and 7:59 AM).

• Waiting Time: $25 per 30 minutes (Applies if signers or documents are not ready upon my arrival; a 15-minute grace period is given to every appointment).

• No Show Fee: $50+.

• Document Printing: $1 per every 5 pages.

• Witness Coordination Fee: $30 per witness supplied by me.

• Standalone Document Drop-Off: $25+ (Prompt transport to Court, Title companies, FedEx, or UPS locations; this is already included at no charge in standard loan signing packages).

• Difficult Access Locations: $25 (Applies to restricted medical or correctional facilities, locations with verified long wait times, or areas with paid/limited parking).

Loan Signing Specific Add-Ons

• Second Set of Documents: $25.

• Excessive Page Count: $25 per additional 50 pages past the package limit.

• Reprints (Due to document redraws or lender modifications): $25+.

• Rush Scan-Backs: $25.

• Closing Witness Fee: $30 each.

• Extended Travel Outside Service Area: $25+.

• Difficult Access Closing Locations: $25.

• Same-Day or Rush Closing Request: $50.

• After-Hours or Holiday Closings: $25–$50.

Virtual RON Loan Signing Specific Add-Ons

• Additional Signer or Signer-Provided Witness: $10 each.

• Notary-Provided RON Witness: $30 each.

• Extended or Restarted RON Session: $25+.

• Failed RON Session: If a virtual session fails due directly to signer technology or identification issues, essential third-party platform fees apply and remain non-refundable.
